2. Usage License
Puzld grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our CLI tools, SDKs, and API for personal or commercial development purposes, subject to these Terms.
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
- Transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
- Overload, flood, spam, or mail-bomb the Service.
- Attempt to bypass authentication or rate limits.
3. AI Interactions
The Service provides access to Artificial Intelligence models. You understand that AI models can be unpredictable and may generate inaccurate or offensive content. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any code or content generated by the Service before using it in production or deploying it. Puzld is not liable for any damages arising from the use of AI-generated code.
4. Disclaimer
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Puzld makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the Service.
5. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
